Refund Policy
We don’t like drama — so we keep our refund policy simple.
If you receive a damaged product, or the wrong order (hey, humans mess up), we’ll either replace it or refund you 100%.
You must:
- Send us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery
- Email us at sos@chugpluto.com
We don’t offer refunds for taste preferences. Pluto is bold — it’s not meant for everyone.
*No returns* for used or opened cans. It’s a drink, not a dress.
